b43: fixed DMA on some (Mini PCI) cards

Recently I've sent two important patches to John:
ssb: fix DMA translation for some specific boards
b43: fix DMA on some bugged hardware
(both are already in wireless-next, waiting for kernel 3.2 merge window).

They have fixed DMA transfers on some specific cards like my 14e4:4329 which is N-PHY based card using Mini PCI slot.

On the chart about you can see the comparison of b43 (green) from wireless-next with wl (blue) in version 5.100.82.38.

I'm glad to say we achieve almost the same speeds and sometimes (for higher rates like 48M, 54M) we are even faster! :)
